DIET

I wanna run 10miles everyday i woke up and have a body i dream of.

i dont wanna eat sweet but i dont have the vigor. i always gave up ;(

i wanna eat 5 plate of fruit evryday but there always not-good-type-of-food in front of me and i'd rather eat it.so sad

i wanna control my eat, not tempted by cake and chocolate,but i always said ' xpelah skali je,lepas ni tak dah'..

how can i get a good diet?how can i ..how can i have a thin body..if i behave like this.

saya memang suke giler kucing..sy rase nak ade satu sangkar besar kat umah sy nnt..nak bela kucing jee dlm tu..best kan..tapi bukan senang nak bela kucing ni..lagi2 klau kucing mahal..memg byk songeh la ko kan kucing..dlu umah sy ade la jugak bela kucing..tp ade yg mati ade yg hilang tah mane2..last2 sy dah fed up nak bela kucing..

kucing ni memang terkenal kat all around the world as a pet that we can adopt it as a friend..sometimes they said cat be more 'acceptable' friend from human..cat bg saye adlah 1 makhluk yg sgt menyelesakan,menggembirakan lagi2 yg bykk keletah,cat can make me smile whenever im alone.. ;p

klau la sy byk duit sy teringin nak bela kucing pelik2..there's various type of cat,sometimes we are wondering is this a cat or dog..hehe
yg pling sy minat,of course la kucing bulu kembang hidung penyek..(Ala comelnye)..

then sy jugak tertarik dgn kucing yg ketandusan bulu, iaitu kucing yg xde bulu..haha..spesis itu sgt pelik tp sy suke..dy mcm skinny jeans pulak an..tapi sy tak berani bela la kucing skinnny ni..

Farm Cat

ni Farm cat..ataupun kucing kebun..ia memang kelihatan garrang...but actually it really fierce.so jgn bela kucing mcmni k...eventhough it look cute and like come to me i wanna pamper u, it actually used as a guard for the farmer or house owner to chase the rat or other creature..kucing ni memng kojo dy mkn ajo..kdg2 smpai tuan punye farm stock pun dy mkn..yg mcm farmville yg korang bola ayam an..klau kucing ni ado,dy balun ja ayam korang tu pedoli hape..kucing ni klau nak bawa gaduh memng ok la sesangat..campak jo kat muko org yg cari pasal tu..confirm calar..hehe

u all mesti pernah dengar lagu ni kan...haa mesti pernah.klau tak pernah tu xpernah sekolah la...lagu yg aq pertontonkan ini lagu guru Malaysia..lagunya memg bagi aq menusuk hati...

pd pandangan aq, bukan senang nak jadi seorang guru yg benar2 dapat mendidik sorang pelajar yg berguna..kerana seorg guru, murid dapat pelbagai ilmu yg menjadi kesinambungan masa hadapan...

sebenarnya, aq memang minat nak jadi guru..dlu pun tak terfikir la nak sambung civil ni...aq minat ajar budak2, ble buat depa fham rase seronok u know.. ; ) tapi tak kesampaian bile mohon pendidikan tak dapat pulak...  ;(   

jadi terpaksa aq sambung kelain..sambung ke civil ni...tp xperlah..civil pun best gak..mungkin ade hikmah semua ni...tpi Allah bagi gak aq peluang blaja pendidikan dulu...macamne nak jadi sorg guru mase diploma dlu...eventhough aq student civil yg cemerlang ( tipu) , aq ade amek tmbhn pendidikan...dari situ aq dpt peluang nak buat practical mengajar...

memang experience tu satu kenangan bagi aq...yg aq rase susah nak lupe u know...pahit getir dy aq da rase mcamane jadi guru tu...seronok pun ade sakit hati pun ade...tpi papepun kepuasan tu lagi penting..puas bile dapat mengajar, berbakti kat bangsa Melayu kita sendiri...walaupun aq tak dapat satu sen pun mase mengajar kat sekolah tu selama 2 bulan lebih...aq pun tak ingat dah brape lame....tp yg paling aq touching,aq dapat nyanyi lagu kat atas... ;)

tengoklah muke ku yg xpuas hati..ngantuk gle dgr bebelan..cikgu ngan murid same je boring..

mase kat sane aq practical ngan member aq gak dr UTHM..tapi dah lost contact dgn Im ni..

kat sane adela budak2 yg rapat ngan aq..manje2 budak2 Smtb ni..klau rapat ngan aq,dptlah ilmu lbih kan..dapt tuition free ajar free..aq buat dgn rela..beramal hikhik

ni budak2 4BB ..diorg la antara yg rapat dgn aq..i miss u all.gelagat korg memg cikgu ingat lg.rase mcm baru smlm.. 

mase ni aq duk ajaq diorg wat susun bata..relax je cikgu pki baju kurung kan..relex sude..

ni ade yg dari class lain2..aq pun dah tak ingat dah..tp ni waktu2 terakhir la mase nak abis practical..

aq di samping menjadi guru, jadi baby sitter part time jugak..budak ni la yg aq jaga..anak cikgu..tolong jela jage kan..comel botol budak ni..bulat ajo mato...

from that moment, aq blaja mcm2 macamane perasaan dorg guru ni..sakit pedih suka duka  gembira bahagia semua ado...

kepada Guru2 di Sek Men Convent Sentul 2,Sek Men Sri Gombak, Sek Men Hillcrest, dan Sek Men Teknik Kuala Lumpur dan semua lecturer2 yg pernah ajar aq,bagi aq ilmu yg tiada balasannya...SELAMAT HARI GURU..Terima kasih kerana jasamu yg tidak ternilai.

haa...mseti korang confuse ape itu KITE PARK...
KITE PARK adalah sejenis haiwan liar yg dah pupus pada 1000 masihi dahulu..korg tahu x?
klau korg faham, memng dah kene tipu ngan aku...haha


kite park itu tmn layang2 la..kat2 kepong ni.dkat ler ngan umah aku...tp jarang jugak pg..nak joging situ apatah lagi!


aku rase sepanjang bertahun2 aku duk sni, baru 2 kali aku pg rasenye...satu ngan family, satu ngan ehem2..(eehhhgghheemmmm!) panjang berdehem kak.


Taman layang2 boleh dikate feveret place org kl la...klau xcaye tgok ptang ahad or ptg sabtu.confirm penuh tahap gaban..sampai jem kot.


kat situ best sebab boleh nikmati awan yg penuh dgn layang2 di sane sini..klau nak tgkp feeling lebih,bolehlah anda berbaring di taman itu, sambil memandang ke langit...;) wwaa ..memg best...then trus tertido sampai esok pg..bgun2 sbab tukang sapu sampah kejut anda.."dey ..sudah gila ka tidur sini..cit punye tambi..mau sapu pun susah".
