DIET

I wanna run 10miles everyday i woke up and have a body i dream of.

i dont wanna eat sweet but i dont have the vigor. i always gave up ;(

i wanna eat 5 plate of fruit evryday but there always not-good-type-of-food in front of me and i'd rather eat it.so sad

i wanna control my eat, not tempted by cake and chocolate,but i always said ' xpelah skali je,lepas ni tak dah'..

how can i get a good diet?how can i ..how can i have a thin body..if i behave like this.
